Although the constitution does not mandate that each state should pay Corp members but at least, what is good is good, Corpers are serving their fatherland on a strange land and environment. The states Governments have the ability to be paying some certain amounts at least to encourage the youths. 



Apart from the #19,800 by the federal government, the state Government is also responsible at least a little for Corp members. Some states see it as a development to be paying Corpers serving in the state, why some states don’t just care at all.

The list might not be 100% accurate, because changes is very effective in Nigeria as people change things anyhow.
